Ceridian Dayforce

Visualize Ceridian Dayforce employees and groups in the JupiterOne graph. Use this integration to monitor changes to Ceridian Dayforce entities using JupiterOne alerts.

The JupiterOne integration with Ceridian Dayforce utilizes a third-party called Merge. You will need access to an account that has permissions in your Ceridian Dayforce instance. You must also have permission in JupiterOne to install new integrations.

Configuration in Ceridian Dayforce

You just need to have an active Ceridian Dayforce account. When having it, you can proceed to your JupiterOne workspace to set up your Ceridian Dayforce integration.

Configuration in JupiterOne

To install the Ceridian Dayforce integration in JupiterOne, navigate to the Integrations tab in JupiterOne and select Ceridian Dayforce. Click New Instance to begin configuring your integration.

Creating a configuration requires the following:

  • The Account Name used to identify the Ceridian Dayforce account in JupiterOne. Ingested entities will have this value stored in tag.AccountName when the AccountName toggle is enabled.

  • Description to assist in identifying the integration instance, if desired.

  • Polling Interval that you feel is sufficient for your monitoring needs. You may leave this as DISABLED and manually execute the integration.

  • Click Create after all values are provided.

  • A Merge Link authentication window will be displayed. Follow the prompts to enter the Ceridian Dayforce required authentication fields.
